According to Canalys and TrendForce data, Samsung, which is the world's largest smartphone manufacturer, is currently on the agenda with the Galaxy S22 series, which is expected to be introduced in the coming months. As the launch date of smartphones approaches, there has been a serious increase in the number of leaks and reports, while the Ultra model of the series finally appeared on the company's official website. Here are the details…

Galaxy S22 Ultra appeared on the company's Chinese website

As it is known, the smartphone has been viewed in the Geekbench database twice before. The reason for this is that there are different versions of the device powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon and Exynos processors, which vary according to the markets.

Recently, the Galaxy S22 Ultra appeared on a support page on the company's official website in China with the model number SM-S908U. It should be noted that this device is probably the Snapdragon version.

This development was first shared by Snoopy, known for his leaks in the smartphone industry. It is also among the information that Samsung has started mass production for the Galaxy S22 models.

If we look at the leaked features of the smartphone so far, we first come across a 6.8-inch QHD+ (1440 x 3200) curved AMOLED panel that can offer 1800 nits of brightness. On the processor side, there is Exynos 2200 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 1.

Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 includes 1 x 3.0 GHz Cortex X2 and 3 x 2.5 GHz Cortex A710 cores for high performance. The Cortex A510, which is known as the efficiency core and has low power consumption, runs at 1.8 GHz.

The Exynos 2200, on the other hand, has a main core clocked at 2.5vGHz, three performance cores clocked at 2.52GHz, and four efficiency cores clocked at 1.73GHz. Both processors are manufactured with 4 nm architecture.

While the smartphone comes with two different RAM options, 12 GB and 16 GB, there will be 128 GB, 256 GB and 512 GB options on the storage side.

Powered by a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 45W charging speeds that can be charged via USB-C, the device will run Android 12-based One UI 4.0 interface as soon as it comes out of the box.

Galaxy S22 Ultra, along with other models of the series, will be showcased in February next year. On the other hand, the Galaxy S21 FE model, which has turned into a snake story, will be presented to users in January.
