MATERIALS:
4 large carrots, 3 cloves of garlic, 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, 1.5 cups of yogurt, 3 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 flat teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of finely chopped parsley

PREPARATION OF:
Wash the carrots, peel them and grate them coarsely. Take the grated carrots in a non-stick pan and pour olive oil on them, then turn on the bottom of the stove. Stirring constantly with the help of a wooden spoon, fry them until the carrots lose their vitality, about 10 minutes. Then turn off the stove and let it cool.
