Materials:

250 grams chicken breast
1 belt eggplant
1 zucchini
5 tomatoes
1 egg
2 cloves of garlic
1/2 teaspoon of olive oil
2 teaspoons of salt
2 teaspoons of black pepper
1 teaspoon of thyme

Wash and dry the eggplant, zucchini and tomatoes well. Cut the eggplant, zucchini and 2 tomatoes into thin round slices. Finely chop the chicken breast. Take the chicken you cut into a food processor and add eggs, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper to it. Pulse the chicken in the robot until it becomes a paste. Spread the chicken paste on an eggplant slice. Then place the slices of zucchini and tomatoes on top of the chicken.

Start placing these slices next to each other in a 23 cm diameter tart mold or debit. Keep stacking until you run out of ingredients. Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and garlic to the other two tomatoes and puree them with the help of a blender or food processor. Pour the mashed tomatoes evenly over your chicken-vegetable array.

Sprinkle the remaining salt, pepper, thyme on top and pour the olive oil all over the array. Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for about 45-50 minutes. Your chicken and vegetables are ready, bon appetit!
